Kenzie Powderly Hairstylist, Owner
My name is Kenzie Powderly. I opened Revive Beauty Co. in January of 2022, and I have been doing hair for 12 years now! I knew I wanted to be in this industry at the age of 14, when I heard about a local non-profit called Rapha House. At the time they had a program in Southeast Asia helping young girls who were at risk of being sold into sex trafficking by teaching them cosmetology skills. Immediately I knew I wanted to be a part of this, and already loved doing all my friends hair and makeup. Since I finished cosmetology school I have been to Southeast Asia with Rapha house 3 times teaching these girls, which forever changed me. I love that no matter where you are in the world, no matter what language someone speaks, or what background they come from, these skills can be taught to them and empower them! I opened this salon to provide a beautiful and calming space for stylists to grow as much as they envision, with the flexibility they need! I want every client, stylist, and esthetician to feel like family here, and feel revived when they leave!
Hi my name is Kassy Rojas, I’m a hairstylist who specializes in all things blonding , extensions, color corrections, and makeup. I started my hair journey in Mcallen, Texas. I then relocated to Colorado, then College Station, Tx, and now Ozark! I love meeting new people along the way. My family consists of my 13-year-old son Adam, my husband, my little sister, and my mini Dauchund. When I’m not doing what I love you can usually find me exploring new restaurants with my family, putting together a home cooked meal, baking, or out exploring the beautiful trails in the area. I’m excited to be a part of the Revive beauty Co. family and continue to explore the beautiful outdoors of Missouri .

After exploring the world of cosmetology, I discovered that my true passion lies in skincare and waxing. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and I knew early on that esthetics was where I was meant to be.
I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for both structure and creativity—qualities that naturally led me to the world of esthetics.
Growing up, I struggled with acne and self-confidence. I know firsthand how hard it can be to look in the mirror and not feel good about what you see. That personal experience is what fuels my passion today. Being able to help others overcome their skin challenges and guide them toward reaching their skincare goals has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Whether it’s creating a custom facial plan, performing a waxing service, or just being a supportive and uplifting presence, I strive to make every client feel valued, seen, and radiant in their own skin.

Hi friends! My name is Shelby Franklin, and I’m so excited to be joining the team at Revive Beauty Co. I recently graduated from Inspire College of Cosmetology.
I have a passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful (and yes, i’ll still be offering mens cuts too!) I’m truly looking forward to building connections, growing in my craft, and welcoming each and every one of you into my chair.

Hi there! I’m Kenzley! I am originally from Poplar Bluff, Missouri, but moved to Springfield to attend Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School, and quickly fell in love with both the art of hairdressing, and the welcoming community. I’m passionate about helping women feel confident and beautiful through blended, lived-in color and dimensional blondes. I enjoy finding inspiration from social media, learning from other stylists, and creating content that reflects my creativity and personal style. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me at a concert, trying out new restaurants, spoiling my cat Gus, or exploring everything Springfield and Ozark have to offer. I’m so excited to be part of the Revive family and can’t wait to build lasting connections with all of my clients!
